My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable, with an emphasis on excellent service and luxurious surroundings. The room was astonishingly spacious and well appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the beautiful dining options, although I noted the absence of a dinner buffet most days. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Shu He Ancient Town while soaking in stunning mountain views. Overall, a fantastic experience, although an indoor pool would have made it even better.

Our stay at Pullman Lijiang was truly exceptional. The villa we were upgraded to was spacious and luxurious, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our visit. However, we did experience some issues with our room readiness and the heating system, which dampened an otherwise perfect experience. The location was nice, and the dining experience at the restaurant had its highlights, but there were a few areas for improvement.
